Transaction sizes range from $10 - $250 million for deals predominantly in Europe, Africa and Asia.

We will critically evaluate transactions across all sectors but have a particular interest in energy (both natural resources and renewable) and technology.

Our investors are sophisticated with a successful investment track record including making significant investments even in the most recent volatile market conditions. As many of them are non-institutional, quick investment processes to evaluate and deploy capital can be adopted if required.
